Yes. Major actually cut Jim's shot taking rambling antics off in late '03. I guess the dispute happened sometime in early '03.

The score was 16-12 on pace for a 230 total when Jim bet the over of 200. No website backed Jim because it was an obvious shot. The most incredible thing about the shot attempt is the nine years of crying and story embellishing. Probably some notable Psychiatric school specializing in compulsive delusional psychosis would gladly pay Jim to study him.
