SBRForum is 1 YEAR OLD TODAY!
A very special thank you to all the cool posters that come by and hang out.
You can count on a couple of very important things from your forum:
We will never take an advertiser that is even questionable.
We will always do our best to improve our news and ratings reporting, SBRlines and SBRForum.
Your suggestions helped build this site, please keep them coming! So from everyone here at SBR we say THANK YOU!
Year 2 is going to be a lot of fun!

Congratulations guys, I expect great things from the second year. Beating the prick and everything. It says I joined the same day as BBD. I guess that makes me true veteran then.
Propably been surfing here, looking for Dozer to help me with a shady euro book again and noticing the shiny new forum.

Has it been a year already? Time flies. I was here signing up for the forums when I first got the chance last august 10th. Then jumped on board the team in November. Im looking forward to this upcoming year, and years to follow.
Thanks to all the posters that helped SBR grow in the last year, and a advance thank you to the new sign ups in the future.

Yeah, I guess I'm a Day One Member as well. Congrats to SBR. Love the product but the board doesn't work without the posters and the mods. Congrats and a big "hat's off to ya".

FYI:
SBR= www.SportsBookReview.com ... sportsbooks news, ratings and reviews since 1999. SBR Odds ( www.sbrodds.com) and SBR Forum ( www.sbrforum.com) are separate products that came later.

I remember my first post in the first thread. It contained a snippet from a Cole Porter lyric that I think still apllies.
Have you heard? Professor Munch
Ate his wife and divorced his lunch
Well did you ever?
What a swell party this is!

Good for new guys like myself to get a history lesson once in awhile! I am just a regular guy who has no agenda to put forth, just enjoying myself and trying to make some xtra cash, but Happy 4th BDay SBR and keep it going strong! Certain things I don't agree with but who doesn't, but as a whole great place IMO!
Players Talk seems not to be the place for the faint of heart! Thin skin people will bleed to death! Plenty of sharp posters and specific forums for serious only bettors! God Bless everyone!

Very well said..!!!
Sometimes I wish it was not such a rumble but it does have the effect that only the strong survive type deal.
Spot on about the specific forums. The football forums are already going crazy.
When the SBR Forum started we were well, well back from the established places. Eog had 4x our traffic now its the other way around. The people here changed that. Guys like ThePrick and his rather strange contest and shtick. First ballot Hall of Famer JJ Gold cane in totally out of the blue one day and there has been no looking back. The mad scientist Bill Dozer has something special cooked up for this year.
Thanks to all that worked hard to make this forum one of the top ones. I'll buy most of you guys a drink in Vegas in 2 weeks.

When SBR was born, I was a mod at MW and didn't know what to make of SBR. SBR is the best thing that has happened to forums related to gambling. God Bless you and the staff of SBR.
