I recently opened an account at CRIS but am having problems depositing via instant check.

I have no issues with Bodog (***************) or Pinnacle (**********) using the same bank acct (only use this acct for wagers).

When I called customer service, they stated my bank was not allowing the transaction. My bank said they see no issues. After this issue with CRIS, I did make a Pinnacle deposit with no issues again.

Has anyone had a similar experience with CRIS?

I know neteller is another option but I prefer to stay with the *************** option as with my other accounts.

I'd like to help but I only use Neteller for my CRIS transactions. I've got no experience to share on your issue other than to say I have found CRIS to have some of the best Customer Service in the industry. It sounds like this problem should be fixable if you keep working with them.

Make sure you got all your routing numbers correct, ect
