I have never been a big fan of waiting up to 10 business days to receive their free cashier's cheque that you are entitled once a month. Even worse, most times it would take even more than 10 business days ........BUT I'm happy to report that I received a cheque at my door this morning in exactly 10 business days as advertised. It was a pleasant surprise and I hope that they can continue to deliver their promises on time.

It was for $600 so not a huge amount but I will say that I've now cashed out about 8 times for similar amounts without having to resend any money therefore I'm probably not one of their favourite customers but I've been paid every time just never on time like this one.

On a secondary note, if I do request a ** payout and of course pay the fees myself, I've received the money within 24 hours the last two times I've requested.

Once upon a time I had some slow-pays from Royal but for the last long while, all my payouts have been right on time. I am convinced they have a red flag on my account that I am a forum regular.
