I wouldn't call it a sucker bet. In my mind it's more of a coinflip bet. You're hoping for more than 6 goals a game on average. That would have been a bad bet in the old NHL but now, who knows?

I never feel confident betting on any league before any games have been played and there has been a chance for some patterns to get established. With the NHL which has changed so much, that uncertainty is even bigger.

I see your chances as basically 50/50. What I'm playing is a true sucker bet. I'm betting all the home teams to outscore the away teams @ -310.

Now there's a sucker bet. (Just for a small recreational amount though.)

Good job jen i got on this at 90 also after reading won pretty big thanks for the heads up. i think early in this season is a big chance to make some quick money, i also had wings and blues over which hit.
