CanuckG and No Coincidences plays thread

Canuck and I are going to start tracking our bets here. It'll include plays from all sports -- kind of like paco's thread -- and we'll just keep a cumulative overall record for each of us. This isn't a contest or a challenge, but it's not necessarily a collaboration either. We may disagree on plays from time to time.

As you probably already know, there will be a lot of dogs, unders, RLM, etc. discussed and picked here. I realize that's not what everyone is looking for. That's fine, but ideally, we'd like to keep the conversation civil and productive.

Here's what I've got so far today:

North Carolina +6 (1U)
NC/Mizzou 1H under 27 (1U)

ATL +7.5 (3U)
ATL/NO under 53 (1U)

Will try to tread lightly with NBA early on. College basketball has been ugly for me so far, but I'm up quite a bit in both college football and NFL.

you lose a portion of your researcher's edge when you wait too long in the beginning of the season to begin speculating on certain variables. but i agree this speculation can be inaccurate more often going too early. i think it is worth the risk.

i thought houston rockets was going to move the other way. thespread.com says the volume percentages are low on that side. i layed off it some when i saw the line was surprisingly becoming increasingly favorable to back houston.

i hope phoenix coyotes is as good of a play as i think they are too.

-houston and phoenix are away/red with better odds than when people woke up 12 hours ago.

(the charts from thespread.com "public bets" change over time in the post) i think that thawoj guy was the first to notice it.)

What the fuk is CanuckG problem anyways, the guy can make a living sleeping with broads who want to fuk a Michael Buble lookalike yet the kid is still gambling. If I looked like Michael Buble I would just fuk broads and make money.

We agree on a lot of plays, but not always. Still, our capping and picking methods are similar so we figured we'd just put them together in one thread and go from there. It'll be a great thread for those who follow lines and RLM, and great fade material for those who don't I guess.

My NBA leans tonight are ORL -5.5, MIN +5.5, SAC +3 and NO +6.5. Don't think I'm playing any of them though.

i think most people who click your threads not to harass you Noco are doing so to see your take on the movement and lines compared to public sentiment. things of that nature. your specialty so-to-speak.

unless you just want to throw a few picks out there so if it works ok so you can put it on your tout resume someday.
