Jake, BetOnSports...SBG Global...and swindler extraordinaire Nevtej Kohli have been around for years too. Longevity means nothing. You have been caught cold lying at The RX. Remember "Frank" the horse bettor at Finger Lakes you tried to stiff?

I was surprised when you posted Las Vegas was not paying on the race at FingerLakes and that they were "investigating". That lie was exposed immediately when it was pointed out to you that the state of Nevada went pari-mutual years ago. No investigation, no suspicion on the race. Only a shady book trying to cancel a winning bet after the horse reached the winners circle.

Chuck,

Thank you for taking the time to respond. 2 things regarding this issue. 1) This was with Gold Medal Sports, not Sportbet.com. Sportbet.com has no relation to GMS. 2) At the time I was GM of GMS. I noticed what had happened (I believe it was 3 players depositing larger amounts and all betting it all on the same horse). This raised suspicion, so I contacted the track. The track told me that the race was under investigation (I am sorry, I don't remember names, but it should be archived somewhere). I do not believe I said they were not paying, as they had already paid out. I simply stated the were investigating the race. I contacted a few other books (again this was a while ago, so for specifics like names of people, I am a bit fuzzy), and they asked me to keep them informed, as they had also been affected. When I informed the owners, they all agreed to freeze the funds.

After a week or so, the track got back to me, clearing the clients, and I informed the owners that he should be paid. The agreed. Soon thereafter, that group was moved to a different office, in a different part of San Jose, under different management. I was under the assumption that all those clients were paid, at the time. I only found out later that they were paid off, but not for some delay. By that time, I had absolutely no control of anything to do with GMS and GMS had absolutely nothing to do with sportbet.com.

Gentlemen,

I am glad that I could, hopefully, clear up any misconception in this matter. You can always check those facts with the horse racing posters who were involved. Thank you, again. Have a great day!!

Jake

Jake-

Thank you for stopping by. The fact that Sportbet is willing to deal with issues is important. Of all the questionable books around, I don't consider Sportbet one of them.

Remember Jake, if you were ever to not pay out, you must also refund all those losing wagers on the race. Ever done that?
