Default This just has to be the last big TV contract the NFL will get from these networks

how dumb are the tv networks to continue to pay those outragous prices for the rights to air the NFL games. the NFL network will put more and more live games each year. just how can you justify that to your shareholders.

just how can DTV justify charging that much for the sunday ticket with less games.

this has to probly be the last time the NFL will get tv package like they did this year.

I remember when Sunday Ticket first came out it was around $119-129 for the package. That price has since doubled.

Ultimately we end up paying in more ways than one. Think of those big contracts next time you are watching a game and they take a commercial break every 2 minutes. That shit drives me nuts!!!

I am glad to have the NFL network in HDTV. I have heard that whole Time Warner system won't have the NFL network at all as the NFL is trying to get really high fees to allow cable companies to carry it.

In my opinion the NFL Sunday Ticket is still worth ever penny. I could not live without it.

I had DTV for one year and bought the NFL package at $40 a month for four months. It was awesome! But if you are married, don't bother. It's like overeating at a buffet because you want to get your money's worth -- you watch EVERY game, EVERY Sunday and the rest of your life suffers...

I'm lucky. My wife is a nurse and works every weekend from 7:00 AM and does not get home until 8:30 PM. As far as watching football is concerned I could not have it any better. On weekends when she has off I do not watch nearly as much ball.
