The word is he violated something, rather it was a court order or probation, but I did hear (not from JJ, but someone creditable) he violated a court order.

I think he had said he had recieved a DUI recently. So I bet this is it. They give you drug test at least once a month on probation. We all know the guy loved his weed and god knows what else.(From his videos). So he probably violated and has to spend some time in jail.

He will not be in general population. They do not put people with the kind of disability Richie has in there with the rest of the inmates. He will be in a separate area where he is protected. He will not be in PC just in an area with certain inmates with disabilities. They cannot put a person with Down Syndrome in there with the rest of the inmates.
