richard, good to see you on here interacting with clients...any response as to why emails aren't returned promptly and why you have to call into CS after you make deposits (especially with neteller)?...

The direction Cascade is moving in is much more customer friendly, and salescentric (1st sign...20% cash bonuses advertised + the new 10% and -105 option) direction. But this will not be an overnight deal. I think you will see a lot of improvement and change over the course of the next year. We have also acquired the former Royal SEO specialist that put them on the first page of every major engine. He will be joing us at the end of this month. We silently added some programmers and designers, and the new site design was just a taste of things to come. You will see some changes in wagering functionality, and e-commerce on the site very soon.

The max bonus for both the 20% and 10% bonus options is $500 dollars.
The rollover for both items is 6 times.
