Default oddsmaker $20 birthday cash scam

never deposited there but must of signed up a long time ago to get a freeplay. got an email yesterday that i was given a $20 freeplay for my birthday to use in the sportsbook or casino. i tried to use it just now and it said insuffcient funds when i went to make a straight wager on the sharks-avs game. got on chat and the lady told me this...

"In Casino and Sportsbook, your Free Money balance will be used in tandem or in conjunction with your Real Money at a ratio of 29 to 1 (29:1), for every $30 wagered $29 will be taken from your Real Money account and $1 from your Free Money account.

In Poker, Free Money is automatically converted to Real Money based on VIP Point accumulation. You simply need to play poker and collect 80 VIP Points for each $1 of Free Money in your poker account. Free Money is converted in $10 increments and instantly added to your Real Money poker account."

    so basically its worthless. joke.

This book is a total scam... run by greedy pricks... I could mention a few others that I love to hate...but this 1 tops the best of 'em...
A good book should offer a good customer loyalty bonus for birthdays, christmas,.major holidays,..etc..
but a lot of these crooked/shady book will offer you only 10%.. I can go into details of one book that is going to lose all my business with several of my friends business very soon with their bullcrap 10% bonus crap..
Then when asked why only 10%...for a loyal customer...they say...easier for customer to withdrawal with not such a high rollover... ok makes sense... BUT AT LEAST OFFER YOUR CUSTOMERS A DECENT BONUS without such a high rollover...OR A FREEPLAY once or twice a year..Something.... Deposits weekly and nothing in return.. WOW!!
No love anymore for loyal clients..

5dimes has never given me a bonus and i've been a loyal (and mostly losing) customer for 2 years. ive also reported numerous bad lines and never received anything. but i love 5dimes even without any such bonuses. i wasnt looking for a bonus in my original post, it was just the fact that this stupid book Oddsmaker emailed me 'claiming' to have given me a free $20. but yet i cant use it unless i have a real money balance and then this 29:1 ratio crap. top it off stupid chat agent wouldnt respond anymore when i was trying to ask a question. she just dissapeared...

Stay away from Oddsmaker period. If you read the fine print, they even tell you that they pretty much plan to fukk you.

Oddsmaker is definitely a sportsbook to AVOID but your creation of this thread is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

You admitted that you have NEVER deposited one red cent of your own money at Oddsmaker and yet you are going on a tirade because they are requiring you to actually risk your own funds to collect the $20 Birthday bonus.

Oddsmaker is NOT a charity and they are in business to make money just like everyone else.

It just amazes me how many FLEAS complain about sportsbooks when they have NEVER risked a single red cent of their own funds.

ThaWoj, there isn't a doubt in mind that you must be a liberal democrat.

lol this guy says i went on a "tirade". i dont see how my my original post = "a tirade" simply stating that the email stated that it was a free $20 birthday gift and there were no restrictions or fine print stating any requirements were necessary, which wasnt the case upon contacting chat.

i risk funds every day playing with 5dimes, i am NOT a liberal democrat, and i am certainly not a "flea"
