Hey guys so I was new to bodog(wont be going back) and i'm just wondering if anyone else can relate what happened to me. So my account had roughly 500 cad and i requested the payout and went through their CC verification process. I submitted my documents, perfectly and waited patiently then I got a reply saying that it can't be processed because my signature doesn't match my photo id(well, yes it does. It's my god damn signature.). Anyways so i messaged them saying it does match. So i ended up waiting about a day with no reply. Then i got bored of waiting and decided to play a bit of cash, unfortunely my account ended up with a bit below 450cad* my requested payout, so payout was instantly cancelled and im still not verfied. Frustrated and no longer caring i bet all my money on their blackjack and lost. I'm a gambler and i lost and i'm not crying however.... 2 days after my messages to the verification process they said : "

Sounds to me like your a degenerate impatient gambler that has no value of real money. I mean who does that when they have the money basically in the bank, just because u need to get verified means u go on tilt and lose your cash. Also noted if what i said is true then u have no business gambling especially online.

The post is essentially about how they delayed the payout process/ how my documents were unable to be verified for a cashout then when I've lost my money they say disregard their message essentially saying : "go ahead cash out". If you have self control then you don't need to disable the casino, but it sounds like you don't. If I were you I would ask whoever you play with to disable your access to the casino. Look man u have no case here with reguards to Bodog trying to pull a fast one, as they are a reputable book that will payout any amount to any winning player minus if the player gets limited then u can only bet what they give. SBR rates them an A which means u can trust them with your life savings if u want. what places like this will do is look at your history. They will inform you that "certain documents need to be verified"- which in actuality only takes a few minutes. The next step is to wait a couple days in hopes that the client bets his/her funds. That's the way it works.

It's like if someone were to walk into my store and say do you have the 6 pack special on x beer. I'll have some in the back but I know they need their craving now. So I'll tell them no but an order is coming in today. They buy other beer and come back later for the special as well.
