write up something on how this was a good thing. How does your neighborhood look? do you still have a job? whats the crime rate like? can you walk safely to the store? how about your loved-ones?

paint me a picture and let me see your vision on how letting this happen is a good thing or the right thing or how a capitalist system should be..

My neighborhood has a few foreclosed homes. The 95% that are not foreclosed are in immaculate condition. My neighbors work hard and at the end of the month they make their $1000 a month mortgage payment on the $150,000 house they bought with the $75,000 yearly income.

not exaclty the response i was looking for, but ok.

My neighborhood has MANY forclosed homes valued at up to 1 million.. the owners were in real estate.. they could no longer make the payments.

Our $1600 payment on our $500,000 lakeside home is on time every month.. but our property value is gonna keep going down (currently $95,000 for a lot).. and the payment won't.. we will be losing money..

and so will YOU!

What the fukk is this new program trying to subsidize mortgage payments? Don't we already have this in the projects? Is his plan to make the whole country a big project? Does he think by paying people's mortgage they will get off their ass and go find a job?

I voted for Obama and think he will be one of our most effective presidents, but really there is just so much government can do. The guy should be in prison, His backers are the Elite oilmen 400 they backed him from his stealing begining in his 1st off shore drilling venture (which he made a big profit on right before it went belly up). That led to his Rangers partnership which after he got involved with he had the state pay for a stadium then sold an made 15 million. Bush let them ream us for 8 years of unreal gas prices because it made his Elite 400 richer. Obama is a scammer always was always will be.....You cant come from nowhere an be elected Pres that quickly if your not. He is out there trying hard I'll give him that, But does he ever go after the causes are we locking up the CEO like Richard Fund who stole 480 million in bonus money over 7 years from a company he ruined, His avg yearly salary was 770k bonus 480 mill yeah ok. These guys are criminals. He went in front of the senate comm and they ask him why so much bonus money on a 770k salary a year. He looked them str in the eye and said I earned it hahhahhaha he earned it for a company who's stock went from 68 dollars to .03 cents under him. Not only is this guy not in jail but his statement afterwards was....I will step down from my CEO post in Jan I will not look to receive severance pay hahhahahhahaha
