Minnesota appears to be starting backup goaltender Josh Harding.

The Wings are -270 on the moneyline, rather than pay all that juice I much prefer laying the -½ goal for the +140.

This is no lock, but it sure is a good bet.

I've seen lines like that, and they've been canceled, on me.

I asked for email confirmation from both books to verify the line is good, on the phone the clerk told me the line was good, then a supervisor contacted told me it wasn't.

Not that I expected it to hold up.

Once I informed the bet clerk the line I bet was bad they cancelled my wagers at my request, then they re-adjusted the line to -190.

Now I'm not even playing the game.

Killed a few minutes anyway.

If Pinny is -160, -140 would be too generous.

Yeah they would cancel the wagers, these are A+ books that can be counted on to do the right thing.

I never even looked at lines from Pinny to compare, but I did contact both DSI & CRIS to tell them my wagers should be cancelled, I don't want to be labelled a shot taker with them.

In truth, I was getting excited when the phone clerk kept telling me the line was good, it wasn't until I asked for it in writing (via email) that they realized it wasn't a good line.

Seems strange that would be against you. Maybe if you are betting a lot, but I don't think it's really obvious that you were taking a bad line. Maybe that's what it would be if it was @ Minn..
