The DSI client is really only for poker. You can access their sportsbook through it but it is really nothing more than a built in web browser. It is technically not a standalone client for that aspect.

Fonbet has been around forever
Russian book with lots of bet offers but lots of payout rules meaning they can do whatever they want

I think the withdrawal rules is basically this
No matter how you deposit and what your requests are they can over rule it and pay you any means they like
