The safety factor between these two books is in NO WAY comparable on any level. In fact, they are on opposite ends of the spectrum.
SBR could be justifiably criticized for basing significant weight in the ratings on many years of respected service that the handful of legacy books can lay claim to. Years ago WWTS was the number one book on SBR and they get a lot of credit for raising the bar for all the offshores.
However, a great reputation and solid financials alone do not make an A+. Excellent customer service is a must and are they prepared to fill the gap let by Davis's departure? It doesn't seem like it to me so far.
