I don't see how this book can be considered an A+ book anymore or even an A for that matter. I understand that SBR rates books A+ for professional and regular players and the 2 have different standards but I don't see how this book is an A+ for even recreational players anymore. They offer no reup bonuses which certainly should be a huge factor for a recreational players book. They are only 1 of 3 A+ books that don't offer reup bonuses and at least pinnacle more than makes up for it with the reduced juice. They offer no telephone wagers anymore, which I find ridiculous for any book whether they are catering to pro's or not (they are the only A+ book that you can't place phone wagers). There payouts are supposed to be 24-48 hours which isn't always the case anymore. But I don't think any book that that takes over 1 day to payout shouldn't be an A+ book, maybe exception for weekends. When a payout takes more than 1 hour at Pinnacle or The Greek I think that it's slow for them. The customer service is polite.

I may just be frusterated because this used to be my main book and now my I can't place a bet over $500 and have had a pending payout way too long. However, I still don't see how this book can any longer be rated A+

That sounds like a solid case for a downgrade. Anybody want to return fire? I'm surprised that ANY book that won't provide a cashout within 24 hours would even be considered for the pinnacle of SBR's rating system.

I’m inclined to agree with JDK and isetcap. IMHO a re-evaluation of the entire Betcorp Limited enterprise is probably long, LONG overdue. These guys have a feel more like a Toyota Tercel compared to their Rolls Royce like counterpart – Pinny (of course).

This "no phone" reaction to the BOS situation is just dumb. They are not the only one as several other books are following suit. Of course Pinny never had phone support. We don't like what we are seeing, these are not positive trends for the players. Furthermore, WWTS lost Jessica Davis who resigned two months ago. On the plus side, they are making money and showing strong player retention. But past results are just that and the present change of policy is concerning.

Excellent point Dr. Slamm. If that in itself is worthy to make a sportsbook an A (A+, A, A-) rated book, perhaps we ought not to be asking for BetWWTS to be downgraded but instead asking for more inductees/upgrades into this exclusive rank.

As you say, based on the safety of your money - I would ask that perhaps SBR consider promoting Mansion (currently SBR B+) into the A's.

Funds are safe...that's real nice but not if it takes them too long to send your funds back to you. Supposedly my funds are safe at Royal but in light of the fact that it has taken them over 8 months to send me my withdrawal in full, I would be surprised to see them receiving the highest grade.

The safety factor between these two books is in NO WAY comparable on any level. In fact, they are on opposite ends of the spectrum.

SBR could be justifiably criticized for basing significant weight in the ratings on many years of respected service that the handful of legacy books can lay claim to. Years ago WWTS was the number one book on SBR and they get a lot of credit for raising the bar for all the offshores.

However, a great reputation and solid financials alone do not make an A+. Excellent customer service is a must and are they prepared to fill the gap let by Davis's departure? It doesn't seem like it to me so far.

Ourbet is right. There are plenty of books that your funds are safe that aren't A+ books - Mansion, Youwager, Skybook, etc.. I feel my funds are extremely safe at these books.

However an A+ rating should take into consideration many factors, safety of funds is only 1 factor and debatable whether its the most important factor. I don't feel my funds are in danger at all at WWTS but this alone doesn't justify an A+ rating.

In my first post complaining about them I didn't even mention several other negative things. They are extremely late putting up 2nd half lines. Very few props. Definately profile players and dual lines. Among other things.

How safe is this book when the feds are after it to pay them based on previous association with Noble? Given the current climate that has to be a huge issue too, right? Noble gets hit with THIRD indictment. Jessica Davis was also indicted.

Nope, WWTS had Carolina too high 60-1 in December, so it was something like $1500 Canadian risk.
