Default PlayWePay not honoring player’s winnings

PlayWePay (SBR rating D+) not honoring player’s winnings. The bettor received a free account balance as part of a bail-out package for BetCasinoSports (SBR rating F) users and went on to win an additional $15,310. PlayWePay has increased the rollover terms and is limiting the amount the player will receive to $5,000. SBR has received multiple complaints from players with other sportsbooks who were offered "relief" after being a victim of a fallen book, only to see the ’rescuing’ sportsbook fail to pay. Sports-Gambling (SBR rating D) received positive press for coming to the rescue of SunsetSports (SBR rating F-) victims but later deleted winning accounts.

Unfortunately there are quite a few people out there unaware of watchdog sites like SBR and get taken in by these low rated books.

SBR is a great resource but some of its ratings of European books fall a little short.
Ladbrokes A+ but not on recommended list . Why ?
Will Hill A but not on recommended list . Why ?
Stan James B-, BetDirect C+, PaddyPower B, Should all be A, Globet D+ should be atleast B.
When Europeans compare these to Sportinteraction C+ )and creeping up the ratings again ,why ?), they tend to be a little unsure of where to bet.
Despite this SBR is still thye first place I go to check out a new book.
