Ok, I'll tell you more about my troubles. (sorry for my pity English, it's not native)

    Extrabet
money: cred. card payout: bank transfer

    Episode1
I decided to withdraw money (about 500usd) from my Extrabet account. After several e-mails we agree upon bank transfer. I verified my deposit and account with signed statement, CC scans and so on. They got all the information about my bank account and beneficiary bank details. Money arrived... but bank transfer contained error: account number correct, my name is incorrect. Money were bocked by bank and they go to "unconfirmed" payements. It was not so easy to find that transfer in itself, I spent a lot of time talking with international department of my bank, before we have found that payement. And the time is creeping on...

    Episode2
I'm asking Extrabet to correct bank transfer. They sent an update: now the name is correct, account number is wrong! My money therefore are still on "unconfirmed payements". And the time is creeping on...

    Episode3
I'm asking to correct my bank transfer again, but they go offline. The time runs out and my money go back to Extrabet, becouse of the time limit on "unconfirmed payements". Extrabet wakes up and tells me that they sent some kind of fax to my bank asking to give me the money. That smells bad...

    Episode4
I'm sending and sending messages to Extrabet with withdrawal requests, but they don't answer...3 more days are gone. They wake up and: "Thank you very much for your message. The requested funds should reach your account tomorrow. Apologies for the delay".

    Episode5
Next day they send me a message:
"please confirm your bank details" I'm sending them my bank details again. After that they ask:
"send us a bank statement showing your card number and so on"
"Oh guys, you have that", i replied. "Ok, no need, send us please your bank account details"
I'm sending my details for 10th time. They could make a wallpaper from my e'mails with bank details. Cover with them all the office and look. But this still is not enough.
I'm still waitng for my money. There was no reply on my last message concerning my bank tansfer.

That is most unusual. Sounds like a bad admin rooster-up to me

Maybe drop Bill or Justin a line & get them to try & sort it for you ?

Your cash however is totally safe with them

As stated, this sounds like simple administrative error (I've had bank wires get "lost" for 3 weeks).

Why was the first payout in Euros, and the second in dollars?

Yes, your money is safe. Once the errors have been sorted you will be o.k.
I have found, though, that their odds are not usually very competitive and I can do better elsewhere.
