GB blows and they are still 1 game away from 1st place. Has anyone ever seen a division this bad in any sport? This one might take the prize. I mean the teams are a combined 3-11 and two of those wins were from CHIC beating DET and DET beating GB the other was MINN who beat NO who was playing their 3rd straight game on the road.
I don't think it gets much worse. I really think 7-9 is going to win this division, 8-8 would suprise me and 9-7 would be a minor miracle.

I think 6-10 wins it and 5-11 would not surprise me,

Favre has to sit or get traded.
There is no use playing him anymore

Favre is god in Green Bay. There is no way they sit him, period.

Yes but he is ruining the franchise
He has made so many bad decisions during his career on and off field
Get rid of him

Another gross mistatement. Favre, when he's done, could be the greatest QB to ever play the game. He's done everything a QB can do throughout his career and then some. He's made plays that no other QB in history could make. He's still one of the best 5 QBs in the league behind only Manning, Brady, McNabb, and Vick. A comment that Favre should be traded or benched or that he's ruining a franchise that he's carried for over a decade is simply ludicrous. The man is a god who won't get the respect and recognition he deserves until after he retires.Originally Posted by jjgold

The Packers are a play in each game away from being 3-1. The only game they weren't competitive in was at Detroit. They're not nearly as bad as people think and with how poor the NFC North is, they're far from out of it yet. They started 1-4 last season and came back to win the division so who knows? Not saying they're going to do it, but that's why they play the games.
