first off let me say this is just kind of like an experiment. I don't really trust this place that is why it has taken me to now just to check it out, the contest that is. Anyway i realize i'm behind in the game starting so late, but whatever.

can someone explain the rules better to me about the contest payouts. i read their rules, but some of the wording is confusing.
there is CCB and NBA going as of now. I'm supposed to select up 10 plays in either one this week, and if i go 10-0 i get a grand or whatever it was, and 9-1 a little less, and 8-2 like a few hundred.
OK, say 5 people go 10-0, and 12 go 9-1 and 23 go 8-2, is that prize money divided up? And also if someone does go 10-0 does that cancel out anyone going 9-1 or 8-2? like will only the 10-0 get paid and the 9-1 and 8-2 people are shit out of luck.

plus how can i check standing for the week? how many people are in this each week?
the leaderboard only shows like overall points and like the top 10 or 20.

has anyone went 10-0 , 9-1, or 8-2 in a week in CCB or NBA, doe you get cash or just free money to wager with. If i win and want to cash out how easy is it? they don't ask for my driver license do they?

No. All 10-0s will split 10-0 prize, all 9-1s split 9-1 prize, all 8-2s split 8-2 prize.

I just had the prize money transferred to my .com account, but yes you can request the cash. If you have made a .com withdrawal before, you can get the prize money loaded on your card or sent MG with no problem. If you are new, yes you need to send copy of liscence and they will send either a card or MG.

thanks LT. I've never played with the .com part of the operation. I just figured i'd give the contest a shot to see how it worked.

really wish i could see how many people are playing in it. Curious to know how many people in the past have went 10-0 , 9-1 or 8-2 , and have been told there was like 50 people who also did the same, therefore minimizing the winnings down to next to nothing.

The two times I went 9-1, i split of three ways the first time and two ways with Richie the second time. There has only been one 10-0 since the contest started and that was last week in NBA.

And there will be no splitting of winners in the March Madness Contest,ties will be broken by who comes the closest in picking the final score for the NCAA Championship Game.

A contest that does not display a leaderboard until after 4 weeks. No picks posted and no way to authenticate actual leaders and plays. The two biggest CW touts on SBR in the top 5. Can you say fixed. CW is a joke and so is this contest. Anybody that buys into this ponzi scheme is a stone cold sucker.

i apparently won $66.67 last week. But i have never signed up with the dot com part and i don't want to put it in there. I only like playing on/with credit through my locals who know me.
I was just going to try the contest out to see how it was, but according to the rules for payment , I have to send a copy of my drivers license , well that ain't happening. I've won money from various sites and have deposited money to various sites, plus have won free play money from this forum and others, and cold hard cash(well in the form of a check) from places, and i have never had to send my drivers license for payment. I sign up, give my name and mailing address , if i win something, that's my info, i'm not sending photo copies of documents.

So i guess whatever total money i end up with at the end of the contest will be lost money, cause they ain't getting my drivers license.

LK, e-mail is the only way I know of to contact them. I have received e-mail responses from them (CW.net), one time it took a couple of days and one time it took checking my spam folder. Try e-mailing them again.

thnks smitch and Iwin, i have e-mailed the .net a few couple times and i do check my spam folder also(kinda a bitch since i get about 200 spam e-mails a day and i have to sort through them). it's nothing big, just want to know how many people are in that contest and could they put a whole leaderboard with everyone or at least let us know where we stand overall on our scorecard page.
going by the leaderboard now, i shouldn't be too far behind the person in the 20th spot, and i haven't played but a few weeks.
curious if that leaderboard ever gets updated, and it says the Top 100 compete for some 25,000 after the 15th.
