Default Thoughts on FF

hey gang. ready to re-up on my accounts as football draws near! Was contacted by First Fidelity (you wager .com) was given a 35% re-up bonus if done by Aug 3rd. After being burned b-4 I'm a little cautious to say the least. I noticed they went from a B+ to a B. granted I know Sbr's beef with them was there aggresive marketing I.E canvas calling people at work or at there cell phones. Is there any other reason I should not re-up with FF? I know last year they paid me via neteller within 24 hrs of my request. Please give me some feed back. Thanks. P.S Bill if you can chime in I'd appreciate it very much. I don't have many days for the bonus and I haven't sent them my doe yet.

I have been betting with them a lot over the last 5 months and i have not had any problems with payouts. i have cashed out 10K recently without any problems. the only thing i ran inot was they stopped giving me bonuses b/c they thought i was scalping. in actuality, i was not scalping at all. Big Jim kept calling me and giving me bonuses so I figured I would take them. I got to speak to Nate and he was very professional and explained a lot to me about scalping. i really wasn't sure what he was talking about at first. anyways, i have had good luck with them in regards to payouts. i still ended up losing about 4K with them since SuperBowl so I get a 25 % gambler's insurance bonus come Aug 1. hope this helps.

Who is your client service rep? i work with Big Jim and he is awesome!

Hi Happy,

You shouldn't have a problem at Youwager. They are financially stable and known for paying fast.

My suggestion would be to have CS spell out the bonus terms in an email before you deposit. The First Fidelity Group is also known for advertising bonuses that you may never see.

A 35% bonus might be 10% cash, a 10% rebate on potential losses, a 10% "buddy" bonus and maybe 5% in a gas card. If it has a monetary value, you can bet Youwager will add it in.

The downgrade came at a time when YouWager wasn't willing to take responsibility for their security holes. They have since changed their procedures. The situation got even messier behind the scenes. It was likely an isolated incident but didn't show well for them. We had a complaint or two from other players who felt CS was rough around the edges.

big thanks Bill. Best thing I ever did was to come across your site 2 years ago. It's great to have SBR patrolling the waters for on line gamers. Ill make sure they specify the terms on the bonus. My other account is with Cris, there 20% re-up and I trust them 100% especially since you guys have them at an A+. Anything is possible in this world (look no further than ENRON) but at least here a guy gets some guidance SBR is #1

Yeah SBR is #1,

I had an acct with them and always got paid quick. They
have some good teasers over there.

One thing to note: They will accept wagers on games that
are 1 or 2 mins in. That is the place I go if I am late and
I know no one will take bet.

IMGV - what types of sports are we talking about that they will take wagers on games that are 1 or 2 minutes in. Like baseball if the game time is 5 minutes past the hour now a couple books will hold lines open til 7 or 8 minutes past.

College Football and Basketball, and NBA. I never played baseball or NFL at FF.

FF was always my out when the current time was
6:07 and a game had a starting time of 6:05 and and all books weren't accepting wagers anymore. Many times FF was the only one accepting wagers still.

I would suggest playing with betpop of their family instead, you get better odds on teasers ( I think I will try these for the first time in NFL), parlays, as well as a shaded dog line every once in a while, especially in football

Thanks Happy. Don't forget to tell us what you think if you go for it.

There is some good advice in this thread from poster like rm18. If you play teasers, better odds are probably worth more than the bonus.

HAPPY BOY is very cool. I hope he makes enough money this football season to hang out with us the rest of the year.

HP; Just because you have all those fine girls in Miami to look at doesn't mean you can't check in for a few minutes each day when the football players take a break.

FF calls me all the time. I lost about a dime there last football season and they have been calling me since offering the "35% bonus". They do have reduced juice (5%) on NFL and NCAA (I think) football, but they were capping me at $500 last year.

Right, and if you want to know something about the book you have to supply your name and number. They will refuse to give generic information about the company if you don't.
