This maybe a rhetorical question but why does BetRoyal (SBR C-) even bother to post “Withdrawal Rules” when every time I ask for payment; and I mean EVERY friggin' TIME – they never, EVER, EVER pay me within their timescale? Instead I always get the run-around with lip service and bullshit answers!

Okay we're talking about payment back to Neteller here Illusion; I'm okay with the 24-48 hour timescale they give when you call in BUT the fact is they have always managed to drag out this process to more like 8 or 9 days.

The excuse I get is that their (BetRoyal's) hands are tied and although they are able to make payment, for some reason Neteller is unable to process it. FWIW when I initially tackled Neteller about this matter, I was politely advised that BetRoyal was being “a little economical with the truth”.

Yes it is and although I must have read it 100 times and more, I am truly grateful that SportsbookReview.com exists.

If it hadn't have been for SBR I would have been 'creamed' by the likes of the late SunsetSports and BetOnStars and my arbing enterprise would have been killed-off in its infancy.

Being fair to BetRoyal, I have ALWAYS found their customer service to be extremely polite but the bottom line is if they never follow through, how do they expect this not to taint the customer's (me in this case) perception of them?

I checked out their rating the other day and was also surprised, particularly in the light of SBR's turmoils of a couple of years ago. However, after speaking to Chester at Royal about the Aces bailout issue, I'm less surprised. They've obviously got extremely competent people in the right places right now.

It really is. I have always been more than forgiving with this group primarily because I just can't figure out what the hell is going on with them and why they run their business in this manner, but I'm about to just close my eyes and ears and start screaming scam.

There are so many things they do that lead me to believe they won't be around for another 6 months, but then there are other things that happen that lead me to believe they are poised to be a respectable player among the big boys.

You are absolutely right. Money number 1. To get your money, they will do all kind of things - call you offering a ´great bonus´, have their act together when you are interacting with them the 1st time. After they have your money and you want it back, thats a whole another story as I have discovered. They will do ALL the possible tricks before even considering giving back your money. I feel your pain isetcap and the rest you of you out there. Luckily some mods have been able to help you. I guess the bad publicity is costing them more.

FWIW I have reports back from two people whom I had previously referred to BetRoyal that they processed a Neteller payout within 24-hours and made a timely payment on a wire transfer too.

Whilst they are still way; WAY out of Pinny’s league when discussing timely payments and appreciating the fact that ‘one swallow doesn’t make a summer’, I thought it my duty to be objective and report the above matter – in a hope that it continues into the future.

Time will tell of course though – as it always does!

reading this thread and the other one ruined my day yesterday because i would be so very screwed if royal did go under.i was in a bad funk i couldn,t get out of especially losing 2 early games.we have read these same stories for years.my reality,again,is royal pays.yes,it sucks to wait 3 months to collect all they owe but that is the price for receiving the bonus.if you are such a professional gambler that you dont need a bonus stick with pinnacle,mansion,matchbook,cascade,olymp ic,etc...i put in my neteller requests on the days i,m allowed to and the money shows in my neteller the next evening.why harm this already shaky industry by facilitating another collapse on the scale of bos
