Default SBR meets with Sportingbet Plc management

SBR meets with Sportingbet Plc management; year old dipsutes resolved. The sportsbook agreed to reevaluate previous decisions which resulted in multiple balance credits. Bonus and winnings confiscations have been reversed, as well as voided winning wagers dating back to last year’s British Open bet on Tiger Woods. The sportsbook is addressing the policies, or lack thereof, responsible for these actions. It is expected to stand by new universal policies that treat all players equally regardless of the type of action given to the book. New procedures include prorating bonuses for players asked to leave any of the many websites and settling winning bets made on obvious or gross errors at the correct market price instead of canceling. The Sportingbet Plc family will be reevaluated once all pending issues are concluded and these new policies are solidified. Players with a complaint against the Sportingbet Group, which include Sportsbook.com (SBR rating D+), should contact SBR: assistance@sportsbookreview.com

I guess telling BetUS why we were not going to play with them did some good. I hope fellow poster Bruce gets paid. Any updates would be appreciated. Thanks Illusion.

They will continue to close accounts as they or the individual URL owner sees fit. The difference should only be that the holders of these accounts aren't punished by bonus and winnings confiscation.

They have too much to lose by defining a rule saying that a user can only get bonuses at one, or use one brand. If it is that beneficial to solicit players with the different brands, they will have to view the advanatage players that get caught in the net as part of overhead.

Are you allowed to use accounts at multiple books in the family to get multiple bets in on their line set?

Hopefully this isn't a ploy because football is around the corner. I hope they stick to their guns and turn their shops around.

They will cut you at their discretion. They would love to take the same ten 12 team parlays at each site but aren't going to allow you to bet a moving # at each. Nothing really changes in that regard but, how it is handled when they see this action they don't like should.
