It would be much tougher to price as the value of a half point is going to change throughout the game... For example late in NFL game the value of a half point is going to be huge and no way you could offer live betting if you were forced to leave up -110 pricing...
My least favorite model is the books that never move off the opening number (matchbook style)... If you want to set a number at the beginning of the commercial break and then adjust the juice after that point I can deal with but way to often the opening number becomes unplayable...SBR
