Would you send 23K to BETUS?
Assuming that BETUS offers you a 100% macth bonus bailout for a book that failed recently, do you will sent them 23K? How much are the % that you will get paid and that they will let you finish the rollover?

They are very quick to limit you. Unless you are as square as they come, you likely won't even get 10% through the rollover before they decide they don't want your action.
