That is great. Live chat is my favourite communication chanell. Maybe native english-speaking bettors like to call via phone. But sometimes it is difficult to understand spoken English (from Jamaica etc esp) for someone who is learning English for whole life + not every coutry has toll-free number to every sportsbook
