www.topcil.at is an austrian bookie. I made withdrawal request 5 months ago but no money, send many mails and called many times. Only false promises or no reply from them. I send mail to SBR but no reply yet. Any advice i am really desperate?

All Austrian bookies are regulated by the Ministry of finance.
Finance minister is Karl-Heinz Grasser.Send him an e-mail with full details.
karl-heinz.grasser@bmf.gv.at
He is required to investigate matters like this.
