Default Warning - STAY AWAY FROM CANBET.COM

I've only been with Canbet.com for a week and after placing two bets with them they flat out closed my account and stole the $2800 balance I requested to cash out. They then accussed someone of dumping me chips while i played poker and used that as the basis for closing my account and STOLE MY MONEY. ADAM SMITH (which most likely is an alius since they are organized criminal activity like BET ON SPORTS) the manager failed to respond to my emails and never is around the office. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SPORTSBOOK!

Great News! Another chip dumper/Chuck Sims has joined SBR to rail on a poker room/sportsbook because they wouldn't let him continue to violate their rules.

Chuck Sims might be to the extremes of going after certain sportsbooks, but he has never defended chip dumpers, certainly isn't one, and his motives always seem to be to prevent people from playing at dangerous books.

As BBD says, give us a email with your infomration. Canbet has always been more than fair, so I certainly wouldn't not deposit with them based on this thread.

Yep, gotta agree with lakerfan on this one. I too have had run-ins with Canbet and their sister company IASbet but their customer service department has always resolved the situation promptly and professionally.

Good Luck to you then Tony, I hope you get this matter sorted out very, VERY soon!

Yes it's possible. There's a 20% sign-up bonus and although their web site says it's limited to AUS$150, if you create a US$ account, they will credit you with up to US$150.

As for their reload bonus, which they pay every Thursday, you've gotta make payment using "BPay" (which I believe is exclusive to the the Antipodes - Australia in other words). If you utilize any other payment method (i.e. Neteller), you don't get any bonus money credited.

Yes. I got a signup bonus from IAS while having an active Canbet account. FWIW, I deposites via Neteller too. This was months ago, so your milage may vary.

BTW, I haven't been to IAS in a while, but I recall their juice being crazy high.

Do you know whether this is a new policy of theirs at all Doug (giving bonuses when not using BPay)? Because when I called them on this; two maybe three months ago, they were polite but quite adamant - that I "must use BPay" to get this bonus.

I don't even know what BPay is.I've sent NT to Canbet numerous times on Thursday and got the bonus automatically within 24 hours. I'm way up at that book too.

They are saying it's new, but's it's been around a long time if you ask me.

Top up your Sportsbook account using NETeller on Thursdays and get a 10% Reload Bonus up to US$100.

You must make your deposit using NETeller on Thursday between US time* 12am – 11.59pm (ET), only one bonus is issued per customer per week. The 10% bonus will be credited to your betting account within 24 hours.

You must deposit a minimum of US$100. Your betting account must have a balance of US$200 or less. You must have not requested a payout (withdrawal) in the last 14 days. You must have not received another Canbet promotional bonus within the last 7 days.

Deposit and bonus amounts must be bet through (turned over) three times (x3) in the sportsbook before any withdrawal of the bonus is allowed, maximum claim for this bonus is US$100. If the rollover has not been met prior to withdrawal then the bonus is revoked from the account.

    *Time and Date Conditions:

US Time: Thursday 12am Thursday 11.59pm (ET)
    UK Time: Thursday 5am Friday 4.59am (London/GMT)

Are you talking about IAS, Canbet, or both?

I am sorry Doug, yes you are quite correct, Neteller does indeed apply to Canbet reloads. I was answering Lucas' earlier query though about IASbet. It's IASbet and not Canbet (even though they're sister companys) that would not credit me with a reload bonus when I deposited using Neteller.

    I'm sorry for the confusion!
