Hey guys. Right now I have most of my funds in 5dimes, and I'm loving them. But with what happened to BOS, should I be worried of similar shutdowns? I realize that 5dimes is a much smaller book, and therefore probably not a big target, but still, I had money in BOS, and don't want to get screwed again. Thanks for the help.

i think your pertty safe at 5dimes bud.

BOS seemed to be pushing the envolope alot recently, with there picketing in NYC to legalizing offshore gamming as well as some other things.

I would not be suprised at all at the book that gets hit by the US goverment is Bodog.

we see Calvin Ayre from bodog with his face plastard all over everyones TV sets promoting the poker stuff on fox sports net. it's books like this that the authorties will target.

if your a sportsbook owner you should keep a low profile, and not draw attention to yourself at all. IMO

the bottom line is... the more you flaunt it the more they want to bust you over it. the only way to avoid any prosecution is to stay off the U.S. soil at all times.
