It's probably best to play at the variety of legal Churchill Downs and Winticket sites that give big signup bonuses.Anyone have a list of the ones that still give great bonuses for signing up and making $100 deposits?I wouldn't play there after the promo though because if you win big on exotics the state will come a looking for you if you don't pay the man his share.

This is what held up comingling of pools from non US tracks.

With Ladbrokes the taxman is not a concern.

Ladbrokes is fantastic for US horseracing.. their website and interface is a bit clunky, but it is exactly what I was looking for when Pinnacle got rid of horse racing...
