    Default Looselines - Won't Pay Me

    Hi Guys.

    I'm a UK player at Looselines.
    I have been playing there using Neteller.

    28th of December I requested a $1700 payout.
    My balance is about double that and I've completed all requirements.
    I got confirmation of the request by email.
    I'm still waiting for the payout.

    Since then I've emailed CS several times asking when the payout will be processed, but have had no replies.
    Live Chat seems to be offline all the time.

    I filled out a SBR complaint form early last week but have had no feedback from that.

    I need to get the money from them if anyone can help.

    First off, Welcome to the SBR forum

    I know they don't offer Neteller Payouts anymore, so if that's the issue your having. Then I can understand where the problem might be stemming from. If you already filled out a complaint form, then please allow us some time to get to your case. We take everyone's case in the order they are received.

    Best to call them directly. Email and Live Chat are down due to recent layoffs. I collected several times the past month via same day ** (expensive, but quick for us Americans). So call them and I'll bet you'll get this resolved quickly.

    remember the payouts are done with the CS of JAZZsports, click on the live chat and someone answers right away, I just tried it and Kelvin answered Live Chat within 10 seconds!
