As we all know Actionbets are not paying a lot of customers the money that they deserve, I have deposited 15k in my account and lost, then managed to win 21k back that they have not paid a cent of it yet, I've been calling constantly to see what the status on the so called "investigation" is that they say they are doing is but they never give a decent answer, I called them a couple days back and they tell me they need my Photo ID and a Bank Statement, So I took time out of my busy schedule and got everything scanned and e-mailed them what they asked for, I call in today and get transfered the Jason Ugalde which I beleive is the Manager over there, Its funny how I had a good relationship with this guy at the time I was losing my 15k, he treated me like royalty, and he was just so excited to speak to me, but today I call and he talks to me like i'm a peice of crap. I start out the convo asking him nicely him what the status is on the "investigation" and how soon till I can get paid, he then uses my Neteller currently being closed as an excuse not to pay me, Knowing that my Neteller is currently closed due to one of the people I did peer-to-peer transfers to is having difficulties, and since I had relations with him in my Neteller account they have to disable all accounts that were linked to him to make sure there is no fraud, I tell him the situation that he already knew and he tells me "Then I wont pay you", I tell him there are other ways to pay me such as Check, wire....etc but he just changes the subject and dosesnt give me a reason on why he cant pay me through a different method even though he knows it is me since I have sent him my ID and Bank Statement already, he then started bullshittn me and started putting words in my mouth before he just hangs up the phone on me, I didnt think that Actionbets would get to this level it's just crazy, I wonder what excuse they will come up with when I get my Neteller account back up, i'm just lost here, what should I do ? This isnt a couple hundred or even a couple thoudsand dollars, this is $21,000 and I would like to get it back. Any help would be highly appreciated.

This book is obviously in trouble but they need to start paying you if they want to avoid scam status.

I got stiff by them too. They have dragged this on for two months now... They need to pay, period.
