We have received two complaints that bank wires have not been received, and emails have not been answered.

I have sent an email myself and am still awaiting a reply.

Anyone have any positives on a recent payment owed that was received?

Thanks Art. The two complaints we have are from the TradeBetX site, which doesn't have any new email listed or acknowledge any inability to access from the email they list.

Help@tradesports.com is the way to go in order to reach TradeSports. Their staff has informed SBR that their gmail email address listed at TradeBetX is not functioning correctly and some emails never made it through.

TradeSports has informed SBR that their help@tradesports.com email address has also been experiencing some recent intermittent problems. Players are advised to stay on top of their email box, if it's been a week and you have not heard back send another email.

You are always free to CC assistance@sportsbookreview.com on these emails, if that would add some peace of mind.

I had a nice payout coming from Las Palmas and went the free UPS delivery route at first even though they said they would send it out in 3 weeks.Today was 3 weeks and a day and it wasn't sent so I accepted the $27 charge for **.With collapses going on all over the place and the possibility of a book taking a bath on the Super Bowl,I figured I better play it safe and get the $$$ before the big game.Has there ever been a time where things are less certain than they are now where everything seems jittery?

The player owed the bulk of the $35k which was reported as delayed due to the email problems has received his check.

has anyone received any payments or received any responses from Tradesports recently? They last replied to an email of mine back in mid December and said a check would be sent by end of week. I have yet to receive a check and have since sent multiple emails without receiving a single response. I am highly concerned and wanted to see if anyone has any any type of experience with them recently.

i have not received any updates. I do see that www.tradesports.com is now at least providing the same shut down info page at least. A few weeks ago, even that page was down. Do I have good reason to be nervous?

There have been a few large balance holders in your situation that have been caught in the email snag, but all have to this point successfully reported payment.

I just heard back from TradeSports and will update you via email.
