Default Baseball attendance? Will this be the best year ever?

I took my baseball loving son to the Astro's game 4 hours ealy and went to the ticket window where I saw this sign: SELLOUT

As I was chatting with scalpers I was told the last 8 games had been totally sold out.

Is this the same for all of MLB?

Here in NY the Mets and Yanks combined are over 7.5 mil. for the season. Yanks at 4.5 and the Mets at 3

the cardinal tickets are always like this john. they sell out fast all the time. especially now with that new stadium, because it only holds about 48,000 people instead of 55,000 people.

It's even hard to get White Sox tickets this year. Before I would get free tickets all of the time and now I'm lucky to get upper deck seats.

They must be counting pre-sales for those numbers or projecting those numbers. Still very impressive, either way.

It's easy to get tickets to see the Marlins. The Fish are averaging about 12K per game, and that's paid not actual fannies in seats. An extra 810,000 fans have seen Florida on the road as opposed to their own park, very embarrassing.

Things aren't much better in Tampa and KC, but at least those two teams should top a million this year while the Marlins are going to struggle to get close to a million.
