I just recently opened an account with Skybook as my third option. I made a nickel deposit and took the 50% freeplay bonus. Used **, and the promptly credited my account with the deposit and the bonus. That was the last GOOD thing I have experienced from them. I dont know if this software has become the norm, but I hate it! I accidentally keyed in the wrong team and asked for it to be cancelled and they refused. I also have been waiting for the NFL props and they are still not posted...

Rookie book that never improved, horrrible management

Stick to the Greeks, Bookmaker and 5 Dimes that have everything up all the time and if you want 25% back on loses try rebatewager.

If I was heading CS, I would allow you to change it, esp a new customer and give you a free pass with notice of future expectations. But, that is just me. Game is hours away. Plenty of time.

Thanks for the great words of advise jack ass... It was a mistake as I said in my post. I am sure you have never made a mistake in your life because you are the man right? I did not go there for props, I went there as a 3rd out because the lines looked decent from what I have seen...

The line has NOT changed, not even the -105/-115 juice for the game. I learned my lesson and after this I will not repost with Skybook.

Skybook has pros and cons like everyone else. I would let you change the bet.

But since they didn't, if I was in your position, I would take responsibility for my rookie mistake and cover it off at one of my other outs and pay the vig as the cost of the lesson hopefully learned.

My experience with Skybook has been very good. I don't see how their software can be blamed for your mistake. First you click on the team you want. Looking at the NFL right now, it is great big rows and columns. You have to be pretty far off target to select the wrong team.

Then you have a confirmation screen like pretty much every other book. As I say, if I was CS I'd switch your bet for you, but the idea that there is a software issue in this complaint is pretty far-fetched.



Overall, I give thumbs up to Skybook. On the minus side, they need to expand their payout options. On the plus, they were terrific for MLB this past season and their free half point promo is good to have.

Blue they definitely have NOT been posted for awhile... They were just posted within last 15-20 minutes which is terrible with a game starting at 330...

The one thing they do that annoys me is they deal a dual line. I have a friend with an account and he gets a different line from me. That's BS.

Dual lines don't bother me personally but I could list a few other complaints. I could list more pluses as well.

if you went to skybook for props u didnt do your homework. I logged into 5dimes this morning and they literrally had hundreds of props for each game at like 8am. every single thing you could think of.

it took me 20 minutes just to read thru them all!!!

I can appreciate nothing fancy and just being a solid book where I wont sweat payouts but what gets me is the initial customer service. It was literally my first play that I made, I was trying to get in multiples and made a mistake. Yes it was MY fault, which I said it was, but if I immediately catch it, AND the line has not moved I would expect a little courtesy as a new player.

I also dont like being told by 3 separate people that something will be done by a set time and it NOT be done. Yes, they make mistakes as well but then when the CS rep says "EASY THERE MR. XXXX" that is complete BS! It was 3 hours until kick off and props still arent posted? I will definitely choose a better 3rd option next time...

If you are an adult and placed your action on-line AND confirmed it, you have nobody to blame but yourself. One does not need to "rush" through to get the listed line, just keep to task and READ YOUR TICKET AGAIN before confirming it. SKY is a very good option and have never had any problems or trouble with them. I can't say the same with some of the other books that are rated above them.
