Default 10BET cancelling bets.. shameful behaviour

You probably won't have problems with them if you bet small, but beware all higher stake bettors (500+). 10Bet advertise big limits and even being "better than Pinnacle" and stuff, but all that is total BS.

Seems like they might void any big bet that would leave them in an uncomfortable position. They just say it was an error line. Even if the line was within the current market, and you take it before a movement. An hour later you might find it voided. My recent bets:

Today: Dnipro+1 1.98 (market was 1.95-1.95 before some action on Dnipro) I jump in at this point, the market moves to ~2.08-1.85 -- 1.5hour later VOIDED due to a "mistaken line".

Last week: France ML 1.556 (market was around 1.50-1.52) I make a large bet. Voided due to a mistaken line.

I've been betting online since 2000 and never seen as loose voids as these.

Thanks ttmopp.

Can you paste the actual wagers here or in an email to me so we can look at this with Mgt?

I do not think they deserve C+. It is obviously their policy: voiding bets when the movement goes against them. For example why Expekt (another european bookie with wide offer of sports) has C-?

I wanted to reg there (because I saw good rating) but I am passing it. They are not trustworthy.

Thank you for the post TTmopp. This kind of behaviour is no good, especially is positioning themselves as taking on all comers.

They (10 bet) have been known to void after the event. Not a good book, they dont even email you when they void. They will void anything that gives them a liability they are not happy with, Stay away.

Thanks for the warning. I won't go near the place. Voiding bets when the line moves against them. What would they say if you e-mail them to void a bet that moved against you?

Excellent information, tt. Thanks for passing it along. I can't contemplate why 10Bet would think they could get away with decisions such as these.

Here is a conversion of ttmopp's post above, with the american conversion in brackets [....]

I think I converted those right. Just trying to help out our American friends, because I know those decimals can confuse me.

ttmop,

Management is looking into this with the bet IDs. We should have a direct response for tomorrow. Thanks for sharing.

Can you supply me with the details of the France wager?

What kind of details do you mean? Bet ID? I already posted the tickets of both of my wagers above..

Great that they are actually looking into this. They didn't bother to answer me when I inquired about these voidings. Thanks.

Of course I meant that the next top odds were -192, lots of books had them -200.

ttmop,

You should see an additional $700 in your account. 10bet gave you a win for the Dnipro bet. Mgt. agreed that canceling this bet, and doing it an hour later, was a mistake.

In regards to the France wager, 10bet tells me they cancelled it a few minutes after and communicated to you that they hung a series price instead of the game line.
