I have been for the last 2 days. I get returned to the homepage for no apparent reason. It's happened a number of times under different circumstances.

Like I was just doing a deposit to a book and I was going along normally and I entered the Merchant Code and - BOOM! - I was suddenly back at the homepage having to sign in and start over again.

No sir, I don't like it.

No they had a problem. Their live chat was on-line and some guy there confirmed that they have problem, but "unfortunately they have no time-frame for solving it".

last night when i tried to send money to a merchant after i typed in the code and amount and hit confirm it sent me back to the sign in page of neteller. It took me about 3 times to finally get it to work

Neteller is a great product. I only have problems with them on an average of about once every 2 hours or so. To me it's kind of exciting to not actually know if the transaction I am trying to intiate is going to go through or not. Then there's the occasional transaction that takes the money out of my neteller account but doesn't actually send it to the merchant! It's like hitting your number at the roulette table. Great fun!

Mudcat, try clearing your cookies before you log in. Worked for me. Once you've done it once you shouldn't have to do it again.

I tried to initiate a withdrawal on Monday. I was returned to the home page where I had to log in again and initiate another withdrawal. It went through and the funds were in my checking account the next day.
