    Default BetMania an EXCELLENT book?

Just noticed you have them rated B-, that says Excellent, minimal risk to players funds. Top 10% of all books in your rating guide. Isn't this basically a brand new book? I know being part of the Skybook family was a plus but they are being run by BOS/Millenium people, does that not alarm anyone else? Their stage guy and the managing director (Mike Mitchell) both come from Millenium. Color my cynical but I'm worried there will be more than a "minimal risk to players funds" if BOS people are operating this joint.

Not necessarily arguing about it, but I am curious why they are already rated to be an EXCELLENT book.

i'm not the one who is in charge of the ratings here at all here.

my guess would be since there a skybook family owned book, my guess would be that skybook rules all apply in regards to bussiness type decisions, and thats probly how the rating was being judged on.

Yes the pattern has been that new books with established families get the rating of the established book minus ~1 notch. That's why a book like Bet Jamaica had a relatively high rating right from the get-go.

That is a good point you bring up about former BoS (EDIT - correcting ownership to say management). I'm sure you're not the only one who is cynical about that.

Betmania should be managed as Skybook family book. Management will be able to favor the player under this arrangment.

Had the site operated out of Skybook it might have had a B or B+. We mulled over C+/B-. Mike assures us that this is not BetMill and the player will get the benefit of the doubt.

I don't think they will be able to maintain the current incentive structure.

This is former Mgt of Mill, not ownership.

I do not see any incentives listed there.

They are offering cash bonuses and 107 lines. Two very different models. My guess is they will hit a few forums and get smacked around a bit.

I have played with them a couple weeks. They were quick to cut my limits to 500 when I never bet more than 1k and even then not even a hint of steam. That said, they gave me the bonus even though I was clear that I could no longer get bonuses at Skybook.
