I'm having problems getting my money from Cascade, I deposited $20k in there and the customer service rep that works there told me that he would give me 10% on $5k of the $20 that I deposited, which is thier $500 max bonus, I was told that the rollover requirement for the $5k was 6 times which I did finish already( around 30k), I call them up to get my payout and they tell me now that I had to roll over my $20k deposit 6 times for the $500 bonus, I tell them that if they want me to rollover 20k 6 times then you have to give me 10% bonus on $20k not 5K, but the rollover requirement was just crazy if they did do that, so I end up telling them to forget the 500 dollars just give me my winnings back, they say that I have to now wait until monday to get any kind of payout, I was told they do payouts in 5 minutes, this is just outrageous, what would you suggest I do? I am trying to get a payout today.

We cleared him for payment on the rollover item. The issue here is due to a bankwire that has not been posted by SolidPay. I am looking for confirmation from Rob (SolidPay). Once he can confirm the bankwire information, we will pay game his request that very second. We appreciate Games business, and will work this out for him in his favor, and in the quickest possible fashion. Bill and I spoke about this earlier, and I appreciate SBRs assistance here.
