Default Whatever happened to the BOS disputes?

Did they just go off quietly into the night?

Haven't heard anything about them in awhile...

BOS confiscated player funds, there was a forum firestorm (which even included BOS shills conceding they were behaving unethically and should pay the players), but BOS in effect said, "Nope, we're keeping the money anyway."

Unless I missed something, there is nothing left to be resolved. BOS is keeping the stolen funds and that's that.

SBR never promoted them so there was no change here. As far as I know, Bonus Boss was the only forum who took a stand and dropped their BoS advertising. All the other forums continue to accept their money and promote them to their members.

So the expression, just went off quietly in the night, sounds about right to me. Nothing to do but wait for the next BoS incident.

Yeah, Neteller's in on this one.

The poor guy just isn't comfortable sending in documentation of his existence, although he has no problem putting $10,000 on multiple lines and building his stack up to over $60K at Millenium. I'm sure his situation is very different from Art the superstar office capper.

The guy's case sounds pretty good to me, seems like BOS theft to me.

If 10% of the "information" from one side can encapsulate a case then I agree with you.

so all the players involved just gave up?

I find that hard to believe

how come they are not screaming about it on the forums?

I'm just telling you what I have gathered. I asked a similar question awhile back: Have the recent BETonSPORTS stiff jobs made a difference?

I'm with you. I would like to see complaints like this have much more staying power. I would like to see forums that promote BoS get non-stop pressure from their membership until something changes.

For my part, I will certainly make a point of steering people away from BoS books whenever questions come up. I think a lot of people eventually resign themselves to that position. If you just scream non-stop you quickly become unsympathetic.

Great line, going to have to remember that. Although I might bump it to 25%.
