    Default Ladbrokes stake problem

First off all, pls excuse me if I'm posting into the wrong subforum

I just opened an account at Ladbrokes and tried to place my first bet(it was a live bet) on Lokomotiv Moscow and received the following message: your stake is too big, please try again
I thought I wrote by mistake another 0 next to 10 but looked again: the stake was 10E
I tried with 1E, same error.
Now, I wanted to place a bet-same error message
I contacted the client service but no response.

Who experienced the same problem and what's the solution?

    Thank you for your time

Its message when your account is limited for betting,it usually happened after some time and you win couple of bets but if its your first bet so i dont know what can be the reason.i am limited there for 0 or 1 euro per bet depends of odds,if odds are higher than 2.0 i can bet 0 euro

That why it's so strange to me, because it was the first bet I wanted to place, not the...700th after I took 10K from them o they limited me
It doesn't make any sense and their client service is very poor as I can see

I didn't took not even 1E from them, 500$ are far away at this moment.
I contacted them at around 4PM(GMT+3) and at this hour, still no respond. Crappy customer service.
Hope to not have problems at cashing out the money I deposit
    Thanks for your reply!

I haven't played with them in years but if they're still like 99% of online books, they won't let you withdraw your money until you bet through your deposit at least once.

Yes. We must bet the deposit amount at least once.
Maybe the lines were closed for that match and that's why you couldn't place a bet.

Don't think this would be the case.

No, I am the only person from my address which opened an account at them and from this IP no bets were made before at them.I live here before Ladbrokes appeared so no one could bet at them before.

Ok, I can't withdraw without betting the whole deposit on different stakes, but I wasn't able to do this from the first time! Not even 1E I couldn't bet.

No, they lines weren't closed at that moment. Let's say they didn't let me bet live because I'm new...but why I couldn't do that on a match that was going to play tonight?

And the most annoying thing: they didn't respond not even now on my email
F**k Ladbrokes! I really thought they are serious!
