Default Best Capper on the Net?

For arguments sake lets take me out of the equation.

Who is the best capper on the net? Someone you would tail blindly?

Come BBD, step it up. I know there are tons of bad capper's out there...

Put your nuts out there and choose someone!

Check out somewhere where they track the plays. They track the MLB picks at SBR - that should give you a bit of an idea here.

If they don't track people's picks then you only hear from the "best cappers" when they have a winning night, when they don't they're awfully quiet.

And I'd add that the best cappers don't post their picks anyway. If you're the type of person making 100+ units every NFL and MLB and NBA season then there's no need to show off to the world - you can just look at your Pinnacle balance for infinatly more satisfaction.

Not sure who is the best, but there are some excellent fades out there that have made me some serious coin.

Well, since Illusion posted, I've got to say that he's consistently the best MLB capper posting his picks on SBR.

(you'll send me that $10 by Neteller right, Illusion?)

If I see the guy is betting nothing but
favs then he is likely a square and will
    indefinitely lose long term

    Lines
If the guy usually gets a better line
than the closing line than that is an
indication he knows what his is doing
    (That was me during CBB)

    Must Never Chase
If you see someone chasing that is an indication
he is a neurotic gambler and someone
    to stay away from.

    Reasoning behind picks
This is a tricky one because alot of cappers don't
want to take the time to give reasonings behind their
picks(writeups) it is very time consuming, but it does
give the person following the picks piece of mind knowing
the selections are based on real reasons rather than the
unknown reasons. how can you go wrong with writeups
    even short precise writeups?

Well that is my take on it. Thanks for letting me share.

    P.S

Someone who never posts plays but comments on others
is a bitch and his/her opinion should be dismissed.

And those Monday Morning Quarterbacks are usually
fags that never post a play, or fags that claim to win
all the time but insist on hiding behind their picks.

If you didn't post the play -don't come on here bragging
about it. Anyone can do that.

Taco you crack me up and you and I are on the same side of a lot of stuff but I totally disagree here.

For years I kept my action to myself and built a nice living for myself, and believe me it was very nice seeing the Pinny balance climb among others....

But since I have been posting my stuff it has been just as rewarding to see others make some money on it.

I have gone from being very mechanical to how I wager and not even watching the game to a HUGE scoreboard watcher again.

It has brought the enjoyment of the business back into my career. I am not doing anything differently from previous years, same style just more to cap for these days than previously.

I like to think there are others out there who have proven to themselves over time they have an edge and are willing to share it with others to help them. Maybe this is ignorant of me.

Sorry for the long post, I just hate to believe that everyone who posts is out to gloss themselves as opposed to helping others.

I am really not trying to promote myself at all, I hope you can believe I am genuine. I am going to do my best to post my MLB here the rest of the season.

But everything I have done is tracked, I won't mention where because I am really not here for promotion. But here is the record for the first half of the year.

mlb dogs overall: 163-151 +71.67 units
mlb alt run lines overall: 12-19 +6.19 units

    july: 30-27 +13.70 units

As far as I'm concerned, I'm in gambler's college, and I will be there for the rest of my life. Do I care how good or bad others are? Not really. The only capper I can judge on a consistent base is myself. That also happens to be the guy I get to put through the grind.

It's important to set goals. When I read that Billy Walters picked a lifetime 58% winners my goal became to see if I could reach that. Last NFL season I picked 65% winners ATS (7 picks a week; first 16 weeks documented at statfox). Since January I've kept a record at wagerline.com in the survivor contest, picking 62% ATS in basketball. (If you want my picks just check darkhorse21 at the survivor contest). Don't read too much into that. A bettor is only as good as his last year. I do have another goal inspired by Billy Walters, but it's too early to share.

One of the greatest helps is to hang out on forums with likeminded people. If you wanted to be a painter back in the days, you didn't go to art school. You moved to Paris to hang out with Picasso, Van Gogh and those others, some famous, most unknown, all willing to take major risks. That's what these forums can do for each of us. I don't think those artists cared too much who was the best. They all had their own style, and followed their own heart. That is what makes winners. No matter what society thinks; including those f*cking morons in congress, the biggest bunch of losers I have ever seen.

Long live gamblers! Death to corrupt politicians!

Anyone that tracks them on a sbr spreadsheet or keeps figures daily on SBR and is doing well, everyone else is a fraud.

This does not work for me

    Knicks +5
    Nets -1
    Texas -4

    and nothing every tracked

there is no such thing as a BEST CAPPER.

All the great cappers are doing so much money they dont even have time to post a play for ppl they could give a rats ass of.

Theres however a lot of good cappers in the sports forums (NBA, CBB, Soccer, Tennis, etc.)

Most of the ones that post in the Players Talk are that exactly ALL TALK.
