Does anyone have insight into the long ongoing investigation by ActionBets? They have frozen my accnt for over a month now because they say they are investigating it, but have no time frame as to when it will conclude.

I emailed my situation. I wonder is they are making up an "investigation" story to avoid paying my money.

I wish this book hadn't been dropped from C to D- in a heartbeat. I tried them out after positive things were said about them here by SBR associates. No blame, just fact.

If they have to get their financial act together, and it is obvious that they do, they will obviously be helped by new signups. This in turn will help the people that are already in to cash out. A lack of new money could doom not only the book, but also prevent people like myself from getting paid.

I understand the warning aspect, but wouldn't D be enough of a warning? Is it really necessary to have this book on the blacklist after years of good standing?

Don't get me wrong DH,I hope ALL of you guys that are owed get paid.Its just in this industry the worst thing a book could do is not pay and I just get pissed off when constantly seeing this crap.Especially by a book thats made it for a few years.Guess AB was lucky enough to win @ first but wasn't prepared for the bumpy roads ahead.....Terrible job by owner/management

This happened to me too when i requested for a withdraw. Actionbets have been hold my money for a month. They are not doing investigation on the weekend. I called actionbets today morning 7/13 about the payout and investigation and it seems noone is working except for 1 clerk. He doesn't know any things. Aden, Jason, littlemissy, and the manger are off since there is no games playing today. Does anyone know what's going on with investigation or even get paid by them? i heard SBR reported that actionbets have 50k in neteller by wednesday. Is that corrct?
