damn, I am still new at SBR and have just noticed Pointbet's poor rating

My activity with PB goes back to Dec'05.
Have deposited $000s with them.
Have withdrawn via moneybookers $000s from them.

Never had any trouble though before my last withdrawal.

I am still waiting for my $2k moneybookers as from 9 January 07. And I have another $3 into my PB account.

I am being told that I will be paid soon, as they have had many withdrawal requests in December and they are processing them one by one. I don't beleive them. They should be having problems for sure. And today their website is unaccessable.

I've got about $50k stuck over 6 different withdrawal requests and the longest is now well over 60 days, prepare for a long wait.

$000s means an indefinite number of thousand of dollars. Are you new to forums?

After to have read this thread about Pointbet i decided to make my subscription to explain my situation with pointbet

I think to be an old client of pointbet and i use this book since 3, 4 years and it's absolutly more the money that i give them that the money that i withdraw in these 4 years..

Till i think 5 months ago , there was no problems with the book..
After it begins the first problems of connection especially saturday and sunday and it begins the first voices of slow pay..
So i decided to close my balance with pointbet and in 20 of december i request two very big withdraws of 20k and 15k $...
But till now no shadow of this money in my bank account...
I spoke with them last time monday by their chat service, Jason told me the same think that are 2 months that i listen :Your withdraw, W10701000236 and W10701000274 amount $20,000 and $15,269 is in queue and should be sent to you as soon as possible...

But you know why i'm so angry?
Beacause i really was a very good client for them and really i sent them very much money..

Today I spoke directly with their chat service , down i report what Chintya said me

chintya: we are sorry to inform you that we still pending all the withdraw using bank transfer

chintya: at this moment we are processing the withdraw using moneybookers first
fantabaldu: and when you will process this withdraw ?
fantabaldu: now are 50 days that i'm waiting
fantabaldu: it's not a good answer sorry
chintya: our cashier has done the best to process the withdraw as fast as we can
chintya: but i can't give you the exact date....

chintya: for sure you will get the fund in your bank account

Pointbet customer service told that in period November December they have some problems especially with connection cause of an earthquake in Indonesia...
This is my opinion : they are from indonesia and especially last year they have some problems with country laws and my asian contacts told me that me that the government restricted books intenational money tranfers...

So if you begin to have problem with liquidity and more you have problem with your govern...

But maybe somebody can have some other opinion or suggestions than i have...

These days they are often out of line within asia. But I think that is not the reason for their problems but it is a consequence of their problems. Due to lower volume there their odds don't adapt to the market movements anymore like before.
