now i've seen some crazy lawsuits over the years, but this one definately takes the cake.

An Oregon man said he doesn't want to be like Mike, but that he doesn't have a choice.

Allen Heckard, who said he is constantly harassed because he looks like Michael Jordan, is suing the star over the situation.

Heckard said nearly every day for more than 15 years he's been mistaken for Jordan and he's grown tired of it.

He said he's suing Jordan for defamation, permanent injury and emotional pain and suffering.

He's also suing Phil Knight, the founder of Nike, for defamation and permanent injury, for promoting Jordan and making him one of the most recognized men in the world.

People will try anything for a free buck. This is truely over the top. Even wants to go after Nike for promoting Jordan.

Like Jordan can control if other people look like him. This has to be the biggest scam I have ever seen.

If this guy wins his lawsuit, I am going to sue Jordan and Nike. Mike's non-resemblance to me - and Nike's promotion of that - is robbing me of potential income (in the form of lawsuits.)

Mike has a responsibility to look more like me.

stupidest case ever, the guy doesn't even look that much like him, and if people really do think he does he could make six figures doing work as look-a-like.

Doesn't look like Jordan at all, at least in that picture. Then again, to most whites, all blacks look alike anyway, riiight?

Also, does this dude stand 6'7" or whatever Jordan is? Does he walk with Mike's swagger? I'm not convinced at all that people are mobbing this dude on the street because he looks like Jordan.
