Pinnacle Cashouts
Why are they so f'n slow nowadays? Been 45 minutes and waiting. This along with their 5hr stupid maintenance (starting at 8pm mind you) is pissing me off. I cash out from WSEX and it's in my account in 2 minutes max. I can't remember the last time Pinnacle's given me a quick cashout, it's been getting progressively slower each time.

I have to imagine the number of requests they get or fraud risks (likely from the inside) keep this number from coming down. Why else would a top site like this get worse instead of better in payouts. Still an hour or two for a w/d is still very good when compared to the whole market.

And I should note one reason they might do this is to keep people from using them as a "bank". If they paid under 5 minutes, many would keep excess money with them and then just do withdrawals ($15 is pretty cheap) if they need the money. I know I would do that more, if they paid quicker.

I just did a Pinny cashout to Neteller for the heck of it, just to test what you are saying, and I got my money in less than 5 minutes.
Recently, I waited 50+ hours for the exact same cashout from a different book.

Well, they said I had to leave a certain amount in there which I deposited through instant check (was testing it out and saw it was an option one day, it is the only deposit of mine that wasn't Neteller insta-cash, Neteller, or **), so I made a new cashout request with that in mind at 4 minutes ago, so hopefully it should be in there within 4 minutes, but who knows?Originally Posted by slacker00

I've noticed they are slower nowadays also. I don't really care though as I consider it almost a privilege playing at such a great book.

atleast with Pinnacle you will get paid and usually it's quick.
