Do I dare bet it and ruin my viewing experience!!!!!
i've never bet against MSU football or basketball before nor do I intend to but MSU -6 is a huge trap game this weekend!!! I live for MSU sports.

BB, I'll be at the Texas/Mizzou game tomorrow. I can tell you that Mizzou is fired up for this ballgame. This will be their best opponent all year considering how bad the Big 12 North is. It really concerns me though that New Mexico can roll 45 points on the Mizzou D. I think Mizzou is gonna be able to score some points (Probably 20-30 in my opinion) but can they stop Texas? My gut tells me "NO". Texas 42 Mizzou 28. I think the "OVER" is the play here. Just an opinion. I sure hope you're right that Mizzou can cover the number. We'll see.
As far as UM is concerned, I would say that, on paper, MSU clearly looks to be the superior team. However, these interstate rivalries make the paper handicapping a little convoluted in my opinion. Normally, I would never take a favorite in any interstate rivalry. I agree with you that this looks like a trap. I would think that UM will be able to run the ball...with Lloyd Carr, that's a positive. He seems more comfortable as a coach when he knows he can run the ball. I'm not playing it but I'd go with UM +6. Again, just my opinion.
