Arrow Thinking about getting a second Job...

NOT BECAUSE OF GAMBLING! I lose a small amount of money to gambling. The majority goes to bills and food. I just need more money for things(Especially because Xmas and new years just wiped me out.)

Looking for something part time that includes the Internet and sports(but not SBR or an equivalent site)...I am about 7 months away from completing my Bachelors in Business Administration and have a solid resume with two internships.

Anyone have any suggestions? I might take a shot and see if espn is hiring.

I may be in the same boat of looking for a job if I can't pay my bills with gambling over the winter after being furloughed.

No ideas but all the best AAO.

Cafe assistant supervisor

Its an on-campus work study program. Its designed for students to get hands on work in their desired field. Its great because they can work around your schedule.. I had class 8-12 then I worked 1-5, 5 days a week( had weekends and holidays off). The problem is the program only allows max 20 hours a week.

Pavy, you are very confrontational today. I think you need to hop on the go cart and take a breather.

AOO is barreled in, any guy I know that gambles and has a second job is barreled in around here. AOO I can get you a job at Meadowland directing cars at night when events are being hosted and you can freeze your fukkin balls off like the rest of the gamblers over there that have part time jobs to pay off gambling debts. I think you would fit right in over there.

I got a 2nd job for the holidays, but it was a joke they just want to schedule you every friday/saturday/sunday. after being posted for a 2nd weekend at my 2nd job I flat out told my general manager he was crazy if he thought I would work 4-6 hour shifts on saturday or sundays.

Needless to say we parted ways.

Fast food type places always need help. Paper route's are easy as well. Walk through the malls in your area, my guess is at least a third need help. Delivery jobs (pizza/subs/UPS/etc) consistently are looking for people. Security guards are needed and many companies will pay the small fee to get a liscense ($50). Take part-time if offered and be ready to work weekends. BOL.

I would inquire on campus first AAO, they might have something that is sports related with the athletic department. Good luck.

Your not getting a job in athletic Dpt unless you play sports there as they always get the 1st crack, there are tons of athletes there and lots of work program during off times.

Could be some kind of clerical job in the athletic department, could be they'd give you a stipend to do some tutoring for some freshman hanging on with a 1.9 GPA that needs to be eligible to spring practice. You might also think about doing some tutoring for local high school students for a few bucks an hour. Either way, I wouldn't listen to JJ since he wouldn't know a job if it bit him on the ass.

AAO - did you take his advice? If so, you might need a 5th job.

All my plays are upside down today
