This is total BS. I don't know when people will learn to let SBR stick to the book ratings. All of this BS gets thrown around about how a ranking is purchased and I am sorry but Bet4Aces had plenty of start up money to buy a rating if that was how SBR rolled alot more people would be F'ed.

I wouldn't say a bailout is looking slimmer - we haven't even gone down that route yet. In fact, as the days tick by and we hear more and more of absolutely nothing from anyone, I figure it will inevitably be the best way out for us.

I am not impressed at the lack of information we're getting from TOW on any of these issues. In fact, I'm getting more than a tad pissed off. Bullsh*t me or whatever, just don't ignore me. I may have deposited at scam books which makes me a moderate idiot, but I am not a total retard who can be blown off.

I could not agree more, yokspot. Give us a daily briefing to let us know what the situation is and what is being done about it. It seems to me, sometimes, that there is only about 5 people consistently making posts and asking questions about the status of No juice and bet4aces. I know there has to be more that are owed money and that are concerned about this. I guess when you have only just a few people making noise about these situations publically. It is easier not to have to put pressure on these books to do something.

my respects to charlie.my experience has been that if bet4aces was going to have screwed depositors this would have been a done deal by now.charlie just told me a buyout was arranged for another balance holder but he remains firm that money will be available in september because the owners want to pursue other projects and wish to have the reputation necessary.its unfortunate about the offshore wires problems and lack of communication from roberto,thankfully sbr stepped up here,but at least they sent me a birthday greeting today.going on vacation for 10 days,will be interested to read whats transpired when i return
